WOM is Chile’s 2nd largest mobile operator with 25% mobile market share
We acquired Nextel Chile in 2015 from a US parent company when it had only 200k subscribers and rebranded it into WOM, building a dynamic organisation and instilling a challenger, customer centric-culture which has enabled the business to grow to serve over 8 million subscribers.

We successfully launched Play as a greenfield 4th mobile operator in Poland in 2007. In just 10 years since launch, Play gained more than 15m subscribers becoming the #1 Polish mobile operator with 28% subscriber market share.

We fully exited PLAY in 2020, selling its remaining stake to the Iliad Group, that valued the company at €2.2bn equity value and EV of €3.5bn.
